He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Michael Harper (Jill), Patricia Salerno (Bill) and Joanna Jensen; his grandchildren, Douglas Harper, Natalie Grover, Jaydin Harper, Brennan Jensen, Logan Jensen, Rykar Jensen, Shy Feustel, April Feustel and Ciara Feustel; and his sister Jolene Critchfield. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
