He was predeceased by: his parents, Rawldo Ward and Elmeda Johnson Turner; his significant other Verna Beckstrand of Meadow, Utah.; and his siblings, Ward Turner, Shirley Hendrickson, Ellen Stevens, Marjorie Stevens, Alta Turner and Claude Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Ence (Lee), Jill Turner, Ray Turner (Betty) and Barbara Emmett (Bill); and his sisters, Berniece Stephenson and Phyllis Tanner (Nate). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
