He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Vernon and Alice Hardy Bliss; and his wife Margaret Marlene Ekins. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Talbot (Craig), Karen Adams (Cletus), Russell Bliss (Nikki) and Dan Bliss (Delna); and his brother Roger Bliss. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
