She is survived by: her husband Lonnie; her children, Jason Hales (Kim), Dianne Doyle, Elaine Wright (Philip), Bonnie Conzo, Sarah Stewart (Chad), Elizabeth McCarrel (Kevin), Sandra Hawker (Steve), Matthew Hales (Lacy), Linda Hales (Russell) and Joyce Harris (Andy); and her siblings, Kevin Boltz (Helen), Joanne Hammon (Darrel) and John Boltz (LaWane).
