He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Hosea Maydole and Gerald Maydole of Darby; his wife Mindy Lee Vadnais; his children, Benjiman, Colton and Mishayla of Hinkley, Utah; his brother Kevin Maydole of Darby Montana; and his grandparents, Ron and Dee Hosea of Hamilton Montana. He is also survived by three children.
