He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Christensen; his sons, Cody (Jovelyn) and Andrew Hathaway (Emilee); his grandchildren, Melissa, Jaywel, Kyler, Leuel, Carson, Emma and Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Aliyah and Dominick.
