She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman R. Thorn and Helen Rowene Thorn; her sisters, LaWana Thorn and NaDene Bartholomew; and her granddaughter Dallas Ariel Johnson.

She is survived by: her husband Alan Robert Johnson; and her children, Jason Johnson (Karen) of Herriman, Utah, JaNae Johnson of Salem, Utah, Jared Johnson (Renae) of Kaysville, Utah, Jeremy Johnson (Mandi) of Mona, Utah, Justin Johnson of Provo, Utah and Jillene Green (Jonathan) of Mona, Utah. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
