We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2024, at the age of 48, Nathan Richard Forbush of Herriman, Utah, born in West Jordan, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepmother Carly Forbush; his grandparents, Maurice Forbush, Marjorie and Leonard Kennedy; his cousin Matthew Jacobsen; and his stepbrother Troy Winder.

He is survived by: his parents, Don Forbush and Nancy Winder (Dee); his siblings, Jacqueline Davis (Glenn), Danni Bishop (Walt), Angie Jacobsen, Rob Johnson (Margot), Camela Thomas (Brian), Kristen McMillan and Michelle Elliott (Chad); and his grandmother Sharon Forbush. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, many cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
