It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Lewis Jr. (Herriman, Utah), born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on February 27, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Leland, Sr. and Addie Anderson Lewis; his wife Connie; and his children, Shaun Lewis (Tina), Chrissy Johnson (Rob), Dirk Lewis (Sandee), Mark Lewis, Kay Horsley (Zach) and Phillip Lewis (Maria). He was also cherished by 26 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
