He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Charlesworth and Arvilla Charlesworth; his siblings, Earl Charlesworth, Ben Charlesworth, Melvin Charlesworth, Ray Charlesworth, Beth Charlesworth, Ione Ross, Mae Clemens and Elgin Charlesworth; and his grandson Jibril.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Cook Charlesworth; and his children, Brigitte Moore (John), Craig Charlesworth (Bobbi), Justin Charlesworth (DK), Jason Charlesworth, Stephen Charlesworth (Stephenie), Jessica Call (Matt), Christina McAdams (Brian), Heather Richins, Charity Richins and Johnny Richins. He is also survived by 33 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
