He is survived by: his wife Monica Phelps; his sisters, Mary Phelps of Anchorage, AK, Pat Erramouspe (Leon) of Anchorage, AK, Michaela Phelps of Anchorage, AK and Hellen Fleming (Keith) of Anchorage, AK; his stepchildren, AnnaLisa Johnson (Korey), Emery, Spencer Hansen (Mandy) of Thornton, CO, Joebe Young (Jarred) of Surrey, BC, Quin Hansen (YuQi), Beijing, Kyla Webb (Hollis Bowers) and Vernal; and his cousin Ireland. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
