It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Truscott (Helper, Utah), born in Price, Utah, who passed away on February 22, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Nadine Dayley Truscott and Lowell Dee Truscott; his daughter Lindsey Truscott; and his sister Alane T. Marriott. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
