She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence Cha and Vera Cha (Matthews); her son Jeremy Cook; her granddaughter Kenzlee Cook; and her son-in-law Nelson.
She is survived by: her husband Van Cook of Helper; her children, Tony Cook (Candace) of Helper and Janell Nelson of Price; her grandchildren, Claire, Bella, Gavin Nelson of Price, Shontae Herrera of Helper and Mason Cook of Gooding, ID; and her siblings, Michael Cha of Helper and Linda Dimick (Dave) of Price. She is also survived by many relatives, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the Mitchell Funeral Home - Price (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
