She was predeceased by: her parents, Florzell Ellington and Essie Bee Gore Ellington; and her siblings, Frank Jr., Tony, Elbert, Louise Hunter and Betty Jean Watts.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Ellington of California; her grandchildren, Tamara Letsinger of Texas, Destiney Boyd and Allen Brown of California; and her siblings, Shirley Moore, Leatrice Adeleye, Willie, Johnny "Jumbo", Nate, Rufus and Heza Lee.
