She was predeceased by: her siblings, Lavon Provost, Ruth Furr and Mike Witt. She is survived by: her spouse Vern Thacker; and her children, Laura Ferguson (Kenneth) of San Jose, CA, Janette Jewell (Stephen) of Logan and James Thacker (Jessica) of Highland. She is also survived by friends, neighbors, and medical professionals who have rendered generous service to Mom.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the LDS Church General Missionary fund.
