He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral John and Emma Ree Orme Hunsaker; and his brother Travis Hunsaker. He is survived by: his sons, Shane Hunsaker (Imelda) of Heber City, Utah, Darrin Hunsaker of Heber City, Utah and Lane Hunsaker of Heber City, Utah; and his brothers, Neal, Paul, Ricky and Karl Hunsaker. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
