He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Lee Mangum Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Randy W. Lewis (Wanda), Lora Lewis, Michael V Lewis (Kap), Trish Jacobson (Brent), Sherrie Floyd (Bryan) and Jeff Lewis; and his brothers, Brent R Lewis (Diane) and Warren Lewis (Beverly). He is also survived by 35 grandchildren, and 51 great grandchildren.
