In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Phyllis leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Phyllis may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Jeffs and Elvira Lindsay Rasband (Vera); her husband Harris Parcell; and her son Walter Harris Parcell. She is survived by: her daughters, Dixie Ann Giles (Paul), Karen Parcell, Joyce Havens (Gary) and Jill Duke (Chad); and her daughter-in-law Carol Parcell. She is also survived by 53 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Heber 1st Ward (325 E 500 N, Heber City, UT 84032). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Heber 1st Ward Chapel (325 E 500 N, Heber City, UT 84032).
