Survived by: Karin Behrends and husband Gene Behrends of Mesa, Arizona, Vicki Clark and husband Doug Clark of Liberty, Utah, Linda Hincy her primary care-giver in Sandy, Utah 68 Grandchildren Preceded in death by husband Max Epperson Following the State of Utah's mandate on facial coverings, face masks are required at all public gatherings.
