He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasyl Panasenko and Paraska Panasenko. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Cox; and his children, Stefan Panasenko (Rhonda Pace), Todd Panasenko (Heather Anderson), Gina Panasenko Dunn and Lisa Panasenko Blake (Chadwick). He is also survived by Seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild along with many nephews and nieces.
