We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Nelson Arthur Carter of Heber City, Utah, born in Ely, Nevada. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Nelson Carter and Dale Johanna Carter; his brother Philip Carter (Ludean); and his son Gregory Brennan (Nathan). He is survived by: his wife Jo Lynn Hintze Carter; his sisters, Ilene Ferris (Stephen) and Anita Helton; and his children, Eric (Tamsyn), Amie (Michelle), Daniel (Joell), Ryan (Tracie) and Spencer. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
