McGuire (Cam) of Springville, UT.; her grandchildren, Scott Kohler, Troy Kohler, Brad Kohler, Derek Kohler, Kyle Kohler, Dustin Dickson, Jenaca Dickson Cox, Rachael Kohler Roney, Dillon Dickson, David Dickson, Jamie Dickson Christensen, Duke Dickson, Sarah Dickson Neves, Janessa McGuire and Jimmie McGuire; and her caregivers, Tiffany, Kenedy and Rosa.
