She was predeceased by: her parents, Irel Lynn Chase, Sr. and Louise Barton; her children, Antony Patrick and William David; her husband Wayne; and her siblings, Irel Lynn Chase, Jr. (Kathryn), James Barton Chase (Rosemary) and Laura Chase Norris.
She is survived by: her brother Randal Stuart Chase (Deborah) of Washington, UT; and her sons, Tony (Brenda) of Heber City, UT and Billy (Molly) of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help with final mortuary expenses will be greatly appreciated.
