She is survived by: her husband Butch; her sons, Brandon Hoffman (Melodie), Hans Hoffman (Jessica) and Kurt Hoffman (Lori); and her grandchildren, Remington (Madison), Tanner (Brittny), Drake (Natalie), Malory, Owen, Lia, Aspen, Louis, Lauren and Johann Hoffman.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Old Mill Stake Center (2395 S Mill Rd, Heber City, UT 84032). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
