He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce; his children, Lori and Brian; and his siblings, Darr, Joy Mendenhall, Mary Lillis Cummings and Sherry.
He is survived by: his children, Husband and Bradley Olsen (Kristen); his siblings, Faye Casper and Gladys Gee; and his children, Lisa, Brad and Jason. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
