She is survived by: her husband DeWayne Madsen; her children, Michael DeWayne and Echo Marie (John) of Heber City, Utah; her sisters-in-law, Eloise Hobson and Florene Madsen; and her children, Mike Madsen (Georgann) of Santaquin, Utah, Linda Hess (Will) of Marysville, Washington, Dave Madsen (Becky) of Hugoton, Kansas and Brian Madsen (late Lesa) of Cove, Utah. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
