He is survived by: his former wife Joyce Broadhead; his wife Kathleen Kirkendall (Kathy); his pets, Ben, Toby and Jo Jo; his children, Vicki Sweat (David), Michael Cummings (Angie), David Cummings (Tamara) and Kelly Cummings (Pamela); and his stepchildren, Steven Holman (Brenda) and Christine Black (Grant). He is also survived by 26 Grandchildren, 50 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
