She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Crook and Beth Crook; and her husband LeRoy Mair. She is survived by: her children, Diane Young (Steve), Steven Mair (Laura), Wayne Mair (Kim) and Julie Park (Steven); and her siblings, Jean Morris (Larry), Barbara Gwilliam (Biff), Ralph Crook (Diane), Dave Crook (Vickie) and Brian Crook (Jeri).

She always kept a smile on her face and a happy heart even through her battle with Alzheimer's.
