He was predeceased by: his close friend Louise; his daughter Jerriann; and his siblings, Myron, Norman, Leonard and Joan Gines.
He is survived by: his friend Bob Muir; his nephews, Val and Keith Broadhead; his brothers, Long-Haul Flatbed Hauling and Ray Bethers Trucking; his son Arnold Miller (Andrea); his siblings-in-law, Holly Broadhead Peterson and Gordon Gines; his niece Lori Smith; and his stepsons, Jack Muir (Pattie), Terry Muir (Carlene), Bill Muir (Alisa) and Larry Muir (Kathy). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
Due to COVID-19 there will only be a private family service.
