He is survived by: his former wife Annette Collins; his children, Tiffany (Colby), Ashley (Colby), Smith (Midway), Anderson (Heber City) and Jesse Lloyd (Moab); his grandchildren, Naleea, Kyler, Kacia, Jaynee, McCoy Kinzee and MaKaya; and his siblings, Steve Lloyd (Moab) and Suzanne Russell.
