He is survived by: his parents, Edmund Howell and Sandra Howell of Highland Utah; his close friend Rebecca van Uitert; his siblings, JJ, Manny and Roxy; his children, Maria, Jesus Jason, Manuel and Roxanna; and his siblings, John Howell, Jared Howell and Brenda Sheffield. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
