She is survived by: her children, Patrick R. Van Wagoner (Annette) of Payson, UT, Scott M. Van Wagoner of Daniel, UT and Joan Van Wagoner (Jeff). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
