She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert Thomas Lewis; and her son Terry Michael Lewis. She is survived by: her son Robert Tracy Lewis; and her daughter-in-law Dede Lewis of Utah. She is also survived by five granddaughters and nine great grandchildren.
