He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hafen and Helen Hafen (Forsha); his wife Linda Hafen; his siblings, Tony Hafen and Pauline Nelson (Hafen); and his children, Kelly Wallenstein and Jeff Hafen.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua Hafen of Heber City, UT, Thane Hafen of Caldwell, ID, Aaron Curry (Marcia) of Sioux Falls, SD and John Curry of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
