He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn NaDean Roberts; his wife NaDean Lewis; his children, James Lewis (Michelle) of Duchesne, UT, Eric Lewis of Keizer, OR, Terry Lewis of Tabiona, UT, Sonya Soule (Mike) of Bear River, WY, Annette Hepner (Scott) of Providence, UT, Valdon Lewis (Wendy) of Fruita, CO, Vernon Lewis of Nibley, UT, Audrey Hoffman (Justin) of Nibley, UT and Megan Lewis of Summerville, PA; and his siblings, Angeline Evans, Basil Defa, Paul Price, Cecil (Sheila Roberts), John (Bonnie Roberts) and LaMay Humphreys. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
