He was predeceased by: his mother Eliza LaVaun Mair; his daughter Sheila B. Titcomb; and his siblings, Doris Patricia Worthington, Roberta Seevers and Ronald Arlen Cox.
He is survived by: his parent Loren Cox; his wife Liesa T. Cox; and his children, Pamela Kim Duke (Ralph), Susan Davis (Stacy), Patricia Kay Emerson (Richard), Martha Evelyn Farley (Kevin), John Henry Cox (Holly) and Gina Marie Cox Talbot (Rod).
