He is survived by: his wife Elaine Lewis; his sister Gaye Kay (Wallace); and his children, Teresa Taylor, Sheila Hoover (Thomas), Kerry Ellertson (Ginny) and Becky Kemp (Jack). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
