He is survived by: his wife Rita Barnes; his children, Kathryn Marie Varley (Daniel) of West Jordan, UT and Charles Randal Casey (Wendy) of Heber City, UT; and his brothers, Ted (Peggy) of Piedmont, MO and Dan (Sharon) of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
