He was predeceased by: his stepson Dyllin Bennion; his father-in-law Ben Forbes; and his pets, Tex, Max and Tred.
He is survived by: his parents, Connie Mair Welch and D. Leon Welch; his wife Lisa; his sister Whitnie White (Eric); his nieces and nephews, Payton and Camryn White; his mother-in-law Teri Forbes; and his pets, Lilly, Jane and Cooper.
