She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph A. Chapman and Melba Mc Affee; her son Blaine A. Welch; her husbands, William Welch (Bill) and Roy F. Maxwell; her siblings, Nile Chapman, Joann Kohler, Alene Watson and Karen Crook; and her children, Cheryl Jones (Dale), Brent Welch (Molly), Mitzi Barber (John) and Lori Pemberton (Gary). She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
