She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonso Cruz and Mildred Tokie Saito; her husband Curtis F. Crook; and her sister Theresa Burke. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Ann Cordero, Jeffery Curtis, Chet Allen (Lori), Stan Chase and Andrea Petersen (Jeff). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Noonan Syndrome Foundation.
