He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Barnhurst and Effel Harmon Riggs (Burrows); and his son Samuel Galyn Riggs. He is survived by: his former spouse Marilla Adell Cope of Tropic; his wife Adell Riggs; and his children, Elaine Craw (Robert), Janice Ross (Don), Bonnie Saxon (Karrl), Allen and William Riggs (Mary Lynn). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 33 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-greatgrandchildren.
Those attending are asked to wear a mask and social distance.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT.
