He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Nielsen and Lila Phillips Nielsen; and his daughters, Kelli Jo and Lori Ann. He is survived by: his wife Jean Lewis; his son-in-law Mark Lauritzen; his granddaughter Vickie Lauritzen of Mayfield; his siblings, Duane Nielsen of California, Darla Kimball of Parowan, Tammy Nielsen of Centerfield, Cory Nielsen of Kaysville and Wendy Phillips of Gunnison; and his stepfather Glen Phillips of Monroe.
A graveside service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Mayfield Cemetery.
