He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar Victor Peterson and Wanda May Bjerregaard; his wife Dorothy Jean Anderson; and his brother Charles Lynn Peterson. He is survived by : his children, Melinda Page (Doyle), Melissa Lund (Steven), Michelle Bailey (Tom) and Ephraim; and his siblings, Devon Peterson, Delta and Wanda Marie Wilcox (John). He is also survived by 37 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Monday, June 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Mayfield Cemetery (100 S, Mayfield, UT 84643).
