He is survived by: his wife Vonita Irene Woolsey of Centerfield; his children, Dale Richard, Silver Lee Jr. of Manti and Maryann Melissa Lee of Centerfield; his grandchildren, Ryan Dale, Sierra Lee of Centerfield, Travis Mark Lee of Manti, Connor Richard Lee of Colorado, Trinity Angel Lee of Manti, Rider Steve Lee of Manti and Regina Isabella Lee of Manti; his great grandchild Everleigh May Lee of Gunnison; and his siblings, Lorna Caldwell, Dixie Keisel, Eddie Lee, Scott Lee, Roy Lee and James Lee. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids and great-granddaughter.
