He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Lloyd Curtis and Maxine Morrison Curtis; his wife Joan Martin Curtis; his daughter Tamra Johnson; and his brother McLloyd Curtis.
He is survived by: his children, Allen, Natalie Curtis, Leisa Curtis of Yuma, AZ, Brooke Curtis and Catherine Fang of Yuma, AZ; and his brothers, Que (Barbara Curtis) and Coy Curtis. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, funeral services will be private for family and close friends.
