He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Allie; and his brothers, Ronnie Carter, Ted Carter and Kujo.
He is survived by: his children, Candy Perez (Andres), Kim Carter, Leon Carter, Justin Carter (Jody) and Austin Carter; and his friends, Hank and Jake. He is also survived by brothers and sisters; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
