He is survived by: his great-grandparent Todd Blaine Salisbury; his wife Mary Ann Salisbury; and his children, Jennie Cottrell (Mike) of Arvada, CO, Julie Anderson (Mike) of Monument, CO, Jill Whiting (David) of Grantsville, UT and John Salisbury (Michele) of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 12 Great-grandchildren.
