He was predeceased by: his brother Dan Heath. He is survived by: his parents, Harvard Heath and Susan Heath; his wife Ashlee; his children, Hallee Jo, Cache and Halle; his siblings, Brett (Lavon), Jeff (LaTara), Rusty, Brandon (Debbie), Tiffany (Doug), Nick (Ashley) and Brooke (Chris); and his parents-in-law, Mike, Sheri Johnson, Seth (Heather), Lindsee and Taycee (Brady). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
