He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Shaw and Maurine Shaw; and his brothers, Harold John Jr. and Larry. He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his children, Tina Garrard (Kendall), Nathan Shaw and Brian Shaw (Tracy); and his siblings, Gerry Taylor (Mel), Kathleen Thacker (Reed), Susan Bryner (Cliff) and Elizabeth Ruben (David). He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
